Orders will be delivered by courier unless this option is not feasible or another option is preferred. Delivery will be made upon clearance of payment. Price of products does not include delivery charges.
Q. Are the products sold returnable?
No, we do not accept returns. This includes unopened products, or any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box) or not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts. However, products with manufacturer defects will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In the event of dispute, the decision of pingofhealth.com is final and conclusive.
