There are 3 times when we should hold back from making decisions:

(i) When we are angry.
(ii) When we are confused.
(iii) When we are distracted.

Because we are not fully focused and thus likely to make decisions that we will regret later.
In order to do something well, it is not only about having knowledge. Most importantly, it's about being able to Focus. This is something that can be learnt.


When you are aware, you will know what to do and what not to do.

1) Edible Food
When we always eat unhealthy food just because we like the taste, our body becomes disturbed. Over the long-term, it will cause us to fall sick.

2) 5-Sense Impression
This refers to your sense of sight, smell, sound, taste and touch. What you 'put' into your body and mind will create an impression on you and shape your behaviour and your thoughts of others.

3) Volition
The capability of making conscious choices. The act of exercising your power over what you want to do and having the wisdom to make the right decisions.

4) Consciousness
Most of our mind is concealed in the sub-conscious. Think of it as good seeds and bad seeds hidden deep inside. Be mindful to only water the good seeds - such as emotions like caring, loving, compassion, happiness, honesty etc. and you will be rewarded with a positive life.


Many people stop learning after they leave school or university.

Going to seminars or talks is a very good way to help you continue learning and improving, re-aligning you back to your goals, reminding you and guiding you to make the right decisions.
