Cultivate their Attitude.
If they take things easy and feel more relaxed when the boss is not around, then they have an Employee Mentality.
If they have the initiative to do the necessary activities regardless whether their leader is around or not, then they have an Entrepreneurial Mindset. They take up the responsibility and are accountable for their own business. They can work independently to achieve their own goals.
