Mr E's friend started to take Lingzhi in Feb 2016, consuming only 2 capsules Jia Hor Lingzhi a day. She wasn't consistent with her consumption.
She attended many meetings to learn more about health and products. She started to take high dosage since April 2016, taking 20 Lingzhi + 5 sachets Yung Kien Pollen + 2 Vitaking + 2 Lactoberry + 2 Jia Hor Soya Protein, twice a day.
On 12 April 2016, she had a stroke, was admitted to the hospital and had 3 angioplasty done. She continued with the same dosage until her first checkup in July 2016. The doctor reduced her medication from 7 types to 5 types and her glucose level reduced from 9.7 to 8.8.
After attending Dr Chen's talk, she continued with the same dosage of 20 Lingzhi + 5 sachets Yung Kien Pollen + 2 Vitaking + 2 Lactoberry + 2 Jia Hor Soya Protein until the 2nd checkup on 19 Sept 2016. The doctor further reduced her medication from 5 types to 4 types. Her high blood pressure pills dosage reduced from 90 mg to 75 mg. Her blood thinning pills reduced by 20mg.
She continued with the same dosage until the next checkup on 15 November 2016.

Mr E said 6 years ago his mother suffered from a heart attack.
3 of the main arteries in her heart had blockages of 65%, 50% and 50%. She went for a triple bypass operation. During the recovery period, the scar healed quickly and very well because she consumed Vitaking, so much so that from afar, the scar cannot be detected.
Following that, for 8 months, everyday she consumed 8 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 16 capsules Yung Kien Pollen + 2 Vitaking + 4 Jia Hor Soya Protein + 2 Jia Hor Fiber + CEO Cafe Coffee + Luchun Lingzhi Tea. Lactoberry was not launched at that time.

In the past, her mother used to consume 12 tablets of medication from IJN (Institut Jantung Negara), under the advice of Dr Akmal. Now she only consumes 3-5 tablets of medication.
After 4 years of taking Shuang Hor products, Dr Akmal advised his mother to undergo renal hypertension therapy whereby a tube (with diameter smaller than a straw) will be inserted through an artery in her thigh towards her kidney, and a little electric current will be used to "kill" certain arteries of her kidney so that water cannot come out through the kidneys, because that is causing her water retention problem. This is actually the side effects of many years of taking medication.
However, till to-date, she never did undergo renal hypertension therapy. Because at the time doctor advised her to do the therapy, she consumed 4 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma2 + 16-24 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + Vitaking + Fiber etc.
Vertigo reaction: More bowel movements, feelings of fatigue.
Now she has reduced her dosage to maintenance dose of 3-5 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma per day.

Testimony: Stroke
Mr N said that a 75 year old man had a stroke and was admitted into the HDU ward of Assunta Hospital for 3 days on 12 June. He started taking Lingzhi on his second day there. His blood pressure shot up to 290 mmHg. Mr N was worried that his blood vessels would burst and he would go into coma. Hence he advised the man to consume as many Lingzhi as possible because such extremely high blood pressure level is not easily regulated with western drugs. He took up to 50 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma2 (YK2) on Day 1 and 40 YK2 on Day 2. By Day 3 he was back to the normal ward. He consume 20 YK2 a day. He was discharged by Day 6.
At home, he consumed 5 YK2 + 15 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 2 sachets Jia Hor Soya Protein + 2 sachets Yung Kien Pollen + 1 sachet Vitaking + 6 sachets Lactoberry.
After about 1.5 months, he could walk and go back to work. The family had arranged for a maid to take care of him and also a wheelchair but it was hardly used. He had good stamina.

Testimony: Stroke
A Myanmar lady's father, 73, suffered from stroke. It was a big blood clot. He cannot speak and was in a coma. He was fed only through tubes. He was advised to take 10 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 20 capsules Yung Kien Pollen + 2 sachets CEO Cafe Coffee (without sugar) + Lactoberry a day. The 2 sachets coffee are divided 4-5 times throughout the day and each time when it is brewed, 2-3 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma are added in. After waiting till the coffee cooled down, he was spoon-feed.
After about 1 week, her father regained consciousness. He still cannot talk but he can move and feels stronger.
Vertigo reaction: start to pass out solid stools. Under TCM theory, the Heart and Small Intestines are "linked" along the same meridian point. The stools were previously watery because the small intestines cannot absorb food and there's also a lot of bad bacteria in the large intestines. At the same time, the heart has no strength and thus, he has difficulty talking. After taking Lingzhi, the stools start to become solid when his absorption is better, the colon has more good bacteria and the heart starts to get supply of energy. The strength returns and he will regain his speech.

Testimony: Stroke and a 76-Year Old Man
Ms PH's father, 76, suddenly collapsed on Friday night. The sides of his lips turned black, his forehead turned darker in colour, his body was weak, he was half conscious and half-paralysed, he couldn't talk and his tongue couldn't move. He had been complaining of water retention problem a few days ago. Ms PH's cousin who is a qualified acupuncturist went to the house to give him treatment. His blood pressure was 178 mm/Hg. After feeding him 1 bottle Yung Kien Ganoderma and the acupuncture, his condition was quite stable.
Nevertheless, the family decided to send him to SJMC on Saturday. He was admitted to the ICU. He was fed with 1 bottle Yung Kien Ganoderma throughout the day on Saturday, by opening the capsules and dissolving the powder with some water before feeding him. This was done without the doctor's knowledge. By the end of the day, his blood pressure was down to 166/75 mm/Hg.
On Sunday, he was moved out to normal ward. He was also fed with 1 bottle Yung Kien Ganoderma throughout the day without the doctor's permission. His pressure fell further to 123/73 mm/Hg. He could talk already. He was discharged on Monday. He is now on maintenance dose of 8 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma a day, together with other Shuang Hor products. He can walk and bathe himself, However, his memory is not so good.
