Testimony: Losing 10 kg in 3 Months

Ms F started taking Shuang Hor products due to her health condition. Due to irregular and late meals, she would suffer from gastric, bloated stomach and no energy most of the time. She also wanted to lose weight.

So she took 2 sachets Jia Hor Soya Protein + 1 sachet Jia Hor Fiber about 30 mins before each meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Testimony: Losing 500 g in 3 Days

Ms YY takes 2 capsules Jia Hor Lingzhi + 1 sachet Yung Kien Pollen + 1 Jia Hor Soya Protein + 1 Jia Hor Fiber + 1 Vitaking at 8 pm for dinner. She also drank a lot of water but not too much as she doesn't want to wake up at night to go toilet.

In the third week, she started to eat normal meals. But she sensed a change in her eating habits. She prefer to choose vegetables instead of rice, meat and spicy food. Besides that, she was very thirsty and drank a lot of water.

After 2 months, she lost 10 kg. Her neck can finally be seen. Her thigh, belly and arm got thinner. Her clothes size reduced from XL to M size. She looks good in sleeveless tops.

Testimony: Slipped Disc and Over-Weight

Mr C, 48, said that on 9 May 2015, when he woke up, he couldn't move his body at all. He could only move his hands and legs. An ambulance sent him to the hospital. He was diagnosed with slipped disc and his body was overly exhausted.

After 2 weeks in the hospital and 2 months therapy, the doctor still encouraged him to do operation on his spine. He weighed 90 kg then. Last time, he wore XL size shirts with 34 inch waist pants. Now he wears L size and his waist has reduced. He ate a lot during his holidays recently, but still managed to maintain his weight.
