Exclusive: The Whole Process of Lingzhi from Farm to Mouth

I have visited Shuang Hor's Farm and Factory in Taiwan 4 times. We were hosted by Dr Chen Deng-Hai who showed us around the huge premises and obliged us with many hours of Q&A sessions which help us understand better on how Lingzhi is created right from the R&D stage all the way to the final products that we can safely put into our mouth.

I am going to share with you the entire process in this post.

Before the start of the tour, Dr Chen gave us a short briefing on the history and background, touching on why we migrate to cultivation of Lingzhi in greenhouses now and the 2 important factors to cultivate high quality Lingzhi.
