Dr Chen Deng-Hai is a highly qualified doctor in the area of Lingzhi / Ganoderma research as he holds a Master degree and PhD degree in Organic Chemistry. He has 30 years of experience in the research of ganoderma.
He plays a vital role in the R&D of ganoderma products and has published many academic research in the industry. The publication of his book entitled "Ganoderma: The Ultimate Herbal Medicine" (now available in English, Chinese, Thai and Burmese language) has helped a lot of people to really understand the miracle of this wonderful herb.
Dr Chen gave a very informative presentation on 2 August 2016. His topic was Lingzhi for Immune-Modulation, Its Evidences and Application. He spoke at length on various aspects relating to Lingzhi, including some new findings which were yet to be published at the time. As such, we were asked not to take any photos or video recording.
Essentially, Dr Chen touched on 4 key points on how Lingzhi works for:
a) Virus related diseases e.g. Type A Flu, H1N1.
b) Allergy - asthma, sinus and respiratory related disease.
c) Atherosclerosis - blockage of arteries causing stroke and heart attack.
d) Chemo and cancer - how Lingzhi increases our white blood cells' ability to recognise cancer cells.
