Please email if you are looking for how to get pregnant or if you have colon cancer.

This post is part of a weekly series sharing Bits of mishmash on health, my business and life in general, which I find inspirational, enlightening or enriching.
And Bites of delicious food I have enjoyed.

Testimony: Difficulty in Conceiving due to PCOS

Ms A suffers from PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) since she was young. She has been taking birth control pills and many other medication to address this condition.
She has difficulty conceiving after marriage. But after 5 years of trying and with the help of laparoscopy and fertility treatment of more than 6 months, she was eventually blessed with a beautiful daughter. That was 10 years ago when she was 30 years old.
Since then, she has been trying to have another child, but without success. She is worried as the clock is ticking. Since July 2013 (at age 40), she decided to consume 12 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 6 sachets Yung Kien Pollen daily, for 3 months.
Healing reactions: After 2 months, she experienced itchiness and rashes on the back of her thigh and knee, dark color stools and brownish discharge, but she felt that her immune system was stronger.
On the 4th month, she continued with the same dosage and also underwent laparoscopy procedure. By the 5th month, she was happily pregnant. Despite her age, the pregnancy is very smooth, she didn't experience any morning sickness, she hardly falls sick and she has good energy.

Testimony: Stage 3 Colon Cancer

In 2009, Mr N started having diarrhea 4-5 times a day. He consulted western doctors 4 times and chinese doctors 2-3 times. Each time, when he took the medication prescribed, the diarrhea stopped. But when the medication finished, his diarrhea would start again. He was eventually diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer in SJMC when he did a scope test.

The doctor said as the cancer is at the rectal area (close to anus), he may have to carry an ostomy (poop bag) for life. He had to wait for 1 month before he could undergo operation as it was Chinese New Year. He sought a second opinion at Gleneagles Hospital. In the meantime, he started consuming 60 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 150 capsules Yung Kien Pollen + 4 sachets Jia Hor Soya Protein + 1 sachet Vitaking collagen per day. His tumor had shrunk by the time of surgery, and he didn't have to carry the ostomy. He was very grateful for that. The operation went smoothly - there was no pain nor inflammation. He recovered very fast and was discharged after 1 week. He felt full of energy.

He rested for 1 month after operation, then proceeded with 25 radiotherapy sessions over 5 weeks (5 times a week), which went concurrently with chemotherapy sessions twice a week. He continued with the same high dosage during therapy. Subsequently he reduced his dosage to 30 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 75 capsules Yung Kien Pollen + 4 sachets Jia Hor Soya Protein + 1 sachet Vitaking collagen. He did not suffer any of the usual side effects like vomiting, nausea and pain. He could also sleep well.

After resting for 1 month, he underwent another 8 sessions of chemotherapy, every 2 weeks once and each time lasting for 3 days. He would stay 1 day in the hospital and then carried the chemo medicine bottle home for the remaining 2 days to let it continue dripping. He went back up to high dose of 60 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 150 capsules Yung Kien Pollen + 4 sachets Jia Hor Soya Protein + 1 sachet Vitaking collagen the day before chemo up till the day after (total 5 days). As such, he did not experience any side effects from the chemo, there was no pain and he did not feel tired. He could go out to meet friends for meals after chemo, like a normal person.

Prior to all chemo sessions when the doctor checked his blood count, they were surprised to find that his blood count maintained at the safe range without dropping too low, as he would not have been able to undergo the chemo. His treatment and recovery journey went very smoothly.

His colonoscopy in early March 2014 (5 years after diagnosis) showed that all was in order. The doctor was surprised as most colon cancer patients would subsequently suffer from many complications e.g. inflammation.

Another bonus he observe is he does not have high blood pressure and high cholesterol problem. His previous sinus allergy, asthma and eczema conditions have also improved significantly.

Testimony: Tummy Cramps and Lactoberry

A 2-year old girl was admitted to the hospital when she vomited, had bloated tummy, stomach ache and didn't want to drink water. The doctor just put her on drips.
Her mother fed her 4 sachets of Lactoberry probiotics a day.
In the evening, she could pass motion.
The next day, her stools were sent for analysis and it was discovered that she was suffering from rotavirus. But because she appeared healthy already, she was discharged.

Testimony: Food Poisoning

During Chinese New Year, I enjoyed a very delicious 9-course dinner together with a group of friends. The dinner included oysters, lobster, sea cucumber, coral trout and ending with a just-right-texture and sweetness nian gao. Towards the end of dinner I felt something was not right. When I got home - it started. I ended up making more than 10 trips to the toilet over the next 24 hours. I was very dehydrated.
During that time, I took 5 sachets of Lactoberry probiotics (1 every few hours) and 12 capsules Yung Kien Ganoderma + 24 capsules Yung Kien Pollen. I also drank lots of water and rested a lot. The toilet trips stopped and my tummy was fully recovered by the next evening.
No doctor and No medicine.
