In Taiwan, there are 2 additional products, namely Superfine Lingzhi and Divine Ganoderma.

In Part 4, Ms Yu-Chi guided us on how to choose the right Lingzhi products that best fit our objectives. There are 3 main aspects to consider. She then shared a practical way to decide Which Ganoderma products to choose by referring to a Triangle chart.

Choosing the right product is important, but taking it in the correct way is just as crucial for the best effects. She reminded us of 3 points which help maximise Lingzhi's benefits.

Then Ms Yu-Chi addressed 5 commonly asked questions, namely:

Q1. Can both children and the elderly take Ganoderma?

Q2. Is Ganoderma hot or cold in nature? Can pregnant women take it?

Q3. Some doctors advise against taking Ganoderma. What should you do in a situation like this?

Q4. If I am currently taking traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine, can I take it with Ganoderma?

Q5. Is it possible to take Ganoderma before and after surgery? Because I hear Ganoderma affects blood circulation and may cause excessive bleeding.
